The building, which is the design favorite of the Khayyam Plateau International Architecture Contest, is located in Neyshabur, close to Khayyam's Tomb, and has fulfilled Khayyam's longtime dream of having an observatory. It consists of several sections inspired by the original idea of ​​the Neyshabur inns and Rabat as well as the design of Khayyam's tomb. The museum building and the Exhibition Hall have different sections of three floors each. The building is currently under construction
